Graduation Info
If you have not RSVP’d and want to still come, you MUST complete this survey.
The Face-to-Face graduation ceremony is for every graduate who has RSVP’d and guests. This ceremony is June 4 at 3:00pm. All graduates should check into the convention center by 1:00pm. This arrival time change will allow graduates to rehearse before the ceremony. Family members can choose to check in with their graduate at 1:00 pm or later closer to the 3:00 pm start time, however doors will not be open for seating until our rehearsal ends around 2. All graduates and their guests will be checked in at the door; there are no physical tickets.
The face-to-face ceremony will be streamed live this year for your loved ones who cannot make the trip to Richmond. You do have to be on Facebook in order to see the livestream AND join our private Facebook page. Please sign up ASAP. We will add updates and details on this page from now until graduation. Click HERE to join the private Facebook group to gain access to the live stream.
